Join Monique Crous, creator of HOT HIIT, on the Greek Island of Lefkada, located on the Ionion Sea.

We are so excited to announce our first retreat in Greece! Lefkada's name means "white," from the famous white cliffs of Cape Lefkata, site of an ancient temple of Apollo, where rumor has it that the celebrated poet Sappho flung herself from the rocks. The Island of Lefkada is famous for its turquoise waters, beach coves, monasteries, museums, and mountainous villages. Lefkada is known as the “Caribbean of Greece” for its exotic landscapes and gorgeous beaches. Our three villas overlook the Ionian Sea. All include infinity pools and observation decks where you can bask in the sun.

The beach is a 5 minute walk from the venue. It offers crystal waters, tavernas, and water sports activities including kayaking, snorkeling, and paddle boarding. There are local hikes to enjoy, and a short walk into town allows you to taste the local honey, olive oil, and wine. You will be immersed in the local culture and rich traditions of the island. Agiofili, Afteli, Paralia Mikros Gialos, Lakka and Ammoglossa Beaches are close by to explore. Read more about Lefkada here

The island is connected to the mainland by a bridge, and can be accessed by car. The easiest way to get to the island is by bus from Athens. It is also accessible by ferry, Its ports are named Nidri and Vassiliki. Preveza Aktion Airport(PVK International Airport) is a short 45 minute drive to our retreat venue. POOLSIDE VILLA

You will be staying in a luxury villa perched between two bays overlooking the Ionian Sea. The luxury retreat venue has three separate villas containing four bedrooms. Each villa includes an infinity pool and observation deck where you may enjoy the views and the sun. Each villa has 4 bedrooms and a large entertaining space, with a spacious lounge area to unwind and relax. There is AC and WIFI available in all villas. There is a washing machine available for use. Yoga mats as well as pool and shower towels are provided. You will feel right at home in these modern, Mediterranean villas.

You will practice your daily HOT HIIT classes in either the fully equipped indoor or outdoor shala. The indoor shala has floor to ceiling windows and is immersed in nature. There will also be a restorative session offered in the evenings.

EXPLORE THE ISLAND

There is nothing quite like Greece in June. There is so much to explore on the island., and you will have plenty of free time to construct your own experience. Visit one of the many local beaches, drop into Lefkada Town, spend the day paddle boarding or kayaking, stay by the infinity pool, or tour Lefkada Micro Farm and learn about olive oils. We can help organize taxi transfers to/from local beaches and many other destinations. Massages are also available for bookings at the villa at a rate of 100 Euros/hour..

A boat cruise on which you can take in the scenery, laze on the sundeck, enjoy 7 Stand up Paddle Boards, and dive into the turquoise waters. An amazing way to see the island and take some swims. Tour 4 different stops with crystal clear water, and beautiful caves. A delicious BBQ lunch with souvlaki and Greek salad will be served on board.
A half day tour of the island, including a trip to a local vineyard, Lefkas Earth, with tasting, and a tour of an olive museum. We will then travel to Sivota Village, a seaside village full of greenery and exotic beaches.
Greek Music Night at the villa. As you enjoy your dinner, the soulful tunes and lively folk songs from and around the island will fill the air.
